In a down market like ours, the most common investment strategy is “buy and hold.” There are swarms of investors across the country who are trying to acquire as much real estate as possible at today’s prices. Some investors are buying hundreds of properties in multiple states. In 10, 20, and 30 years from now, it will be those investors who will reap huge financial rewards.

Every investor is different. I work with each investor based on what their goals are. Have you been a landlord before? How ”hands-on” do you want to be with your investment? What percentage return do you require on your investment? How long do you want to hold the property?
These are just some of the questions I ask each investor to understand what they are looking for. Each investor is more or less comfortable with different types of properties, different locations, and different levels of risk.
