Todd joined Milligan Realty.com following his graduation from the College of Charleston in 2008 witha Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Prior to graduation, Todd spent numerous summers gaining experience in different areas of the real estate industry including residential and commercial property management and residential remodeling and improvement. Todd has a passion for real estate, and enjoys making his client’s goals and dreams become a reality!
According to 2009 & 2010 CMLS statistics, Todd has helped more people buy and rent real estate in the Norwalk area than any other agent in Fairfield County (sales + rentals). He also helped clients rent and purchase property in Stamford, New Canaan, Westport and other towns in lower Fairfield County.
